We work with our clients on formulating a strategy to create economic value and implementing that strategy successfully.  The work may encompass formulating vision/mission statements, building a framework to evaluate possible strategies, aligning organization to the strategy (organization design, reward system) and establishing implementation priorities.

We work with our clients on strategies to improve organization's performance (process improvements, reengineering, change management).  We can develop focused metrics (for example Balanced Scorecards), we can develop Specific Action Plans, we can provide change tracking to ensure strategic decisions are being followed and implemented.  
PolStrat specializes in business strategy simulation and strategy games.  One of the best ways to learn strategic decision making is to try various business strategies in a simulated environment (management simulation). We organize and facilitate capstone strategy games that are based on off-the-shelf simulation software.
